I believe creativity changes lives.

I am a queer theatre-maker who specialises in making work for young people and joint Artistic Director of award-winning theatre company Hello Little People.

My arts practice is playful and hinges on giving young people a voice (co-creating is my bag). My work inspires and connects audiences to their surroundings; nature, place and their community.

After working as an actor for 7 years, the pandemic brought me back to my childhood home; the Isle of Man. I decided to make theatre for young people to spread joy in an unsure time.

It snowballed and led me to make all kinds of theatre, participatory art projects and community initiatives. Now, I’m based in Glasgow and have made work in theatres, castles, farms, museums, in the wild, school halls and communities. I’ve been commissioned to create music videos, advertising campaigns, concerts and plays and have a great love for making alternative pantomimes.

I believe we are all fundamentally creative. Connecting through creative projects is what I do.

Chloë specialises in making theatre with and for young people. Chloë also:

Be Safe, Be Smart, Be Kind is a video campaign commissioned by Isle of Man Government in 2021, to help communicate Covid-19 messaging to young people. I conceptualised the video, wrote the lyrics and performed the song. It amassed over 200,000 views across platforms.
